1. 📌 General Policy

By proceeding with payment you confirm that you have read and understood this refund policy and agree to its terms.

2. ❌ No Refund Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Login credentials have been sent to your WhatsApp or Email
• You selected the wrong exam stream during subscription
• You no longer wish to use the platform after subscribing
• Account suspended due to credential sharing
• Account suspended due to violation of Terms & Conditions
• You did not use the platform during subscription period
• Change of mind after payment
• Failure in actual CET examination
• Technical issues on student's own device or internet

3. ✅ Refund Eligible Cases

Refund WILL be considered only in these situations:

• Payment was received but credentials were NOT delivered within 24 hours
• Duplicate payment made accidentally for same stream
• Technical error caused double deduction from your UPI account
• Platform is permanently shut down before subscription expiry

For eligible refund cases only — contact us within 48 hours of payment:

• Include: Your name, mobile number, payment screenshot, reason for refund

Refund requests after 48 hours of payment will not be considered.

5. 🔄 Subscription Upgrade

• You can add more streams anytime by paying ₹100 per additional stream
• Existing subscription remains active when adding new streams
• No upgrade refunds — each stream is a separate purchase
